Aquarion Quilt - Completed

First completed quilt of the year 2026.  This quilt was a block of the month quilt from Cincinnati Modern Quilt Guild. The pattern was developed by one of the members of the guild. Several members participated in this BOM for the year 2025. I enjoyed making all these blocks with sizes ranging from four and a half inch to thirty and a half inch. I learned the no waste and the two-square method to make flying geese blocks. 

Completed the top in May 2024.

Finished on January 24, 2026. I used a combination of navy and kona azalea for the binding. It shows better in the picture below. The wide backing is "Secret Garden" from Benartex fabrics. 

Long-arm machine quilted at the Stitches Quilt Shop in July 2025.
