I finally finished this 2012 BOM after almost a year. Quilted and bound using my Brother cs6000i sewing machine.
It is not perfect but lots of lessons learned (more on that later) throughout the process. Its a great feeling of accomplishment.
This was one of my first quilts too. It was a great learning experience. I chose to sash in white as you did, but I made my sashing strips wider. I love how it turned out and I use this quilt everyday as a lap quilt. Yours turned out beautifully.
