First quilt(2014) for Ronald McDonald House

Disappearing 9 patch quilt
This is my first disappearing nine patch quilt I learned to make at the Ronald McDonald House quilting group. The lovely ladies in the group are so talented and generous. I learned almost all my quilting basics from them. I am very grateful to be part of this group.

The quilting I did for the main body actually accentuates the fishes in the fabric, totally unplanned but pleased with the results.

Squiggly line quilting at the border.
Cute quilting for the small corner space.

  1. What wonderful quilting designs! I love the squiggly quilting and the waves on the borders reminds me of the sand on the shore! Great job, Jereena!
